Is it easy to return items?
You bet! No more waiting on hold or waiting for an email response! Follow the simple steps on this page and you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
After being delivered back to us, typically your refund will be issued within 7 business days or sooner.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will only be processed in the form of the original payment method. If for any reason we are unable to refund back to that original payment method then you will be issued store credit. Some banks place a time limit on accepting refunds so in those cases we would issue store credit as a refund.
Will there be any re-stocking fees?
Raney's is proud to be the only online truck parts store to offer ZERO re-stocking fees!
Is there a time limit on returning a product?
There is no time limit for standard returns! If the order is older than 1,462 days, please call us to set up your return.
How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping cost varies based on the item and its size. However, we offer you reduced shipping costs when you use our labels to return your products. We try to do whatever we can to help your wallet!
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If Raney's has made a mistake then we assume all responsibility for your return and we will cover all shipping costs. If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind then we will simply deduct the shipping costs from your refund. You will see the expected cost of the return shipping on your "Estimated Refund Summary" page before sending your order back. After your order is inspected by the Warehouse we will determine who is responsible for return shipping costs. Please call us if you have any questions about this process!
What if I received the wrong item?
If Raney's shipped you the wrong item you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by calling or emailing us. Or you can start a return through our returns portal and select the return reason: "Raney's sent wrong item"
If my item is damaged can I return it?
If you received your item damaged in shipping please call Customer Service at 888-888-7990. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged but we will still be able to assist you over the phone. To read our full return policy CLICK HERE
What items are non-returnable?
- Items already installed or modified
- Any items that have had the protective laser film removed
- Mattresses once opened and the vacuum seal has been broken
- Select custom products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items that are defective after being used | Call us to file a warranty claim!
How can I make an international return?
To initiate an international return please start your process here by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. At this time we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels to international returns. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
